Returns and Refund Policy

Due to our items being handmade to order only damaged or lost items are typically considered for a refund, however it is important to us that you are happy with your purchase so please do reach out should you not be 100% happy.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at crimsonclover4u@gmail.com. Once we have inspected the item we will let you know if your return has been accepted and process a refund for your original payment.

Please note that the return postage is your responsibility and once the item has been inspected and fits our criteria for returns the postage may be refunded.
